NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA HOSPITAL DISTRICT JOINT RISK and QUALITY COMMITTEE

The Joint Risk and Quality Committee of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District will meet on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 6pm.  This meeting will be closed pursuant to the provisions of section 395-0197, Florida Statutes.

The Finance Committee of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District will meet on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 12:00 pm.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA HOSPITAL DISTRICT STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE

The Strategic Planning Committee of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District will meet on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 12:00 pm.  This meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the provisions of Section 395.3035, Florida Statutes.  

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA HOSPITAL DISTRICT And the Board of Directors of Bert Fish Medical Center

The Board of Directors of Bert Fish Medical Center will meet with the New Smyrna Beach City Commission on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 6:00 pm.  This Joint Workshop will be held on the 3^rd floor of the Utilities Commission building, 200 Canal St. New Smyrna Beach in the DeBerry Room.  Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

The Board of Commissioners of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District and the Board of Directors of Bert Fish Medical Center will meet for their regular Board meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2009 5:00 pm.  A portion of the meeting may be closed to the public pursuant to the provisions of Sections 395.3035/395.0197, Florida Statutes.  

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA HOSPITAL DISTRICT  QUALITY COMMITTEE

The Quality Committee of the Southeast Volusia Hospital District will meet on Thursday, January 29, 2009 immediately following the Board meeting.  This meeting will be closed pursuant to the provisions of section 395-0197, Florida Statutes. 

All meetings are held in the hospital Board room (unless otherwise noted) at 401 Palmetto St., New Smyrna Beach, FL.  If anyone should require special accommodations, please contact hospital administration 7 days prior to any meeting at 386-424-5100.
